Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home combines a more secluded pool setting, a game room, an upstairs loft, and access to Solterra's lazy river, waterslides, resort pool, and other recreational amenities.
One of the home's standout features is its private outdoor living area. Privacy hedging surrounds the screened pool area, helping create a more secluded atmosphere where your family can swim, relax, and enjoy time together.
The southeast-facing private pool and spa provide a wonderful place to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout your stay. Start the morning with coffee on the screened lanai, spend the afternoon swimming, or return from the theme parks and unwind beside the water.
The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for your group to relax outdoors. The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after busy days exploring Orlando. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
When it's time for some friendly competition, head to the private game room. Challenge family and friends to a game of pool or air hockey for an easy entertainment option without leaving the home.

Solterra Resort is a secure gated vacation community offering an impressive collection of recreational amenities for families and groups visiting Central Florida. Spend the day floating along the lazy river, cooling off in the resort-style swimming pool, or enjoying the waterslides without having to leave the community. Guests looking for a more relaxing afternoon can unwind in the outdoor spa, while those who want to stay active can visit the fitness center or enjoy tennis and volleyball. RESORT ACCESS FEE
Solterra Resort charges a mandatory amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment must be made directly at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card.
